  • Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:

    • If Product is Not Received by Customer / Delivery Failure

    • Request must be raised ASAP.

  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Change of taste preference.

    • Opened or partially consumed products.

    • Orders placed with incorrect address details.

  • Refund Timeline:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method
